This role will focus on two vital departmental functions:

STR Home Procurement (ordering, tracking, and auditing physical assets for STRs)
Administrative Financial Oversight (managing multi-channel communication hubs and ensuring reservation payment compliance)
Channels: AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com, Hopper, Slack,

Home Team is looking for a Communications Agent to oversee the daily operations of part of Home Team’s portfolio. This individual will manage guest communications across our short-term rental portfolio. This role is focused exclusively on supporting guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring timely responses, clear information, and a positive guest experience. The Communications Agent will handle multiple guest conversations throughout the day and collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve guest issues.
