Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000 based on experience

Employment Status: Full-Time

RISE is seeking an experienced and proactive Condominium & Single-Family Association Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of condominium and single-family community management, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, and vendors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach to maintaining high-quality living environments for condominium and single-family communities.

• →Ensure adherence to RISE’s procedures, policies, and tools.
• →Provide financial and operational leadership, offering consultative support to clients.
• →Review monthly Board of Directors packets and oversee mass mailings.
• →Attend board and membership meetings to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• →Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• →Provide exceptional customer service, addressing calls and messages within 24 hours.
• →Efficiently manage new account onboarding.
• →Foster team development through an open-door policy and guidance.

• Education: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • At least 2 years of experience in community association management.
• Skills: 
  • General understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data entry skills

• Status: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as required.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Majority of work will be seated, but requires standing, walking, and sitting throughout the day.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Primarily indoor work.
• May require working at any time of the day, evening, or night, including weekends.
