Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee property maintenance, enforce deed restrictions, and manage budgets while ensuring compliance with governing agreements and policies.
- →Coordinate and attend monthly client meetings, often in the evenings, and maintain regular communication with the Association Board and homeowners.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property.
- Enter and manage work orders and coordinate with vendors for general maintenance (e.g., gate repairs, general repairs).
- Track and renew annual permits and ensure inventory control of key fobs, parking passes, and access systems.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and updates to the Board.
- Manage invoices, process reimbursements, and assist with vendor payments, including providing vendor packets and scopes of work for large projects.
- Tracking key fobs/parking passes and maintaining organized documentation through CINC webaxis/Nabr Network.
- Assist with organizing social events, parties, newsletters, and committee or volunteer initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing homeowner inquiries regarding clubhouse reservations, work orders, and general issues.
- Assist the facilities manager with defined scopes of work for large projects.
- Reorder administrative supplies and interface with security personnel.
- Work with vendors to obtain bids for special projects and present to the board of directors.
Requirements

- Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating strong client-relations and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., CINC webaxis or Nabr Network).
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
~1 min read- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and walking.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with a 12:00 PM–1:00 PM lunch break).
- Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
