Manager Application Engineering QA

We are seeking a Tech Delivery Lead to drive the end‑to‑end design, delivery, and scale‑out of enterprise‑grade automation and AI solutions. This role requires a strong technical architect who remains fully hands‑on while guiding engineering teams and collaborating closely with clients.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP/DUI), and enterprise automation delivery, with exposure to next‑gen and agentic AI considered a strong plus. This role operates in shift-based work patterns and requires the successful candidate to work from our Hyderabad office.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives across discovery, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Architect and implement automation solutions using:
  • Blue Prism
  • UiPath (RPA, AI Center, IDP, Document Understanding Insights – DUI)
  • Python-based components for automation, orchestration, and backend logic
• Design secure, scalable, and enterprise-ready architectures that meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure excellence in delivery across code quality, documentation, governance, and operational readiness.

• Lead development and deployment of IDP and DUI workflows, including OCR, ML models, classification, extraction, and validation frameworks.
• Integrate LLM-based intelligence where relevant to improve accuracy and efficiency in unstructured document workflows.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions leveraging:
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • LangChain / LLM orchestration frameworks
  • UiPath next‑gen capabilities (Agents, Communications Mining)
• Apply best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and responsible AI.

• Provide hands-on technical leadership to engineers, including offshore and global teams.
• Establish delivery standards, architecture guidelines, and reusable frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers in automation, IDP, and AI solution development.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical challenges.

• Participate in technical workshops, solution discussions, and requirement clarifications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work closely with delivery managers, product teams, QA, and client SMEs to ensure alignment and success.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Architect‑level expertise with strong, hands‑on technical capabilities.
• Extensive experience with Blue Prism and UiPath (including RPA, Orchestrator, AI Center, and IDP/DUI).
• Strong development experience with Python and API integrations.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade automation architectures.
• Experience working in structured delivery environments with governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Ability to work in shift-based schedules.
• Willingness and ability to work onsite from Hyderabad.

• Exposure to agentic AI, LLM orchestration, LangChain, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath next-gen capabilities (Agents, Communications Mining).
• Experience in client-facing consulting or solution advisory.
• Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based architectures.
• Certifications in Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft, or cloud platforms.
