For this opportunity, we are hiring talent to join our Cross-Border Teams, supporting a global technology client operating in a fast-evolving, highly competitive industry focused on protecting digital environments. This organization values data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and financial rigor to fuel sustainable growth.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the post-sale customer journeyโensuring customers are successfully onboarded, supported efficiently, and able to maximize value from their Rejig subscription.
Youโll work closely with the Customer Success Manager to handle onboarding coordination, chat support, operational follow-ups, and back-office support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- โ๐ Support customer onboarding by scheduling, preparing, and following up on onboarding sessions
- โ๐ฅ Assist with live onboarding calls and customer training sessions
- โ๐ฌ Manage inbound customer requests via Intercom and other support channels
- โโก Respond to customer inquiries promptly and escalate complex issues when needed
- โ๐๏ธ Support back-office and operational customer success workflows
- โ๐ Maintain internal documentation, help center resources, and support materials
- โโ Track follow-ups, onboarding tasks, and customer requests to ensure smooth execution
- โ๐ค Partner with the Customer Success Lead and internal teams to drive retention and satisfaction
- โ๐ Share recurring customer questions, feedback, and pain points with the broader team
- ๐ 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Operations, Account Coordination, or similar client-facing roles
- ๐ฌ Strong written and verbal communication skills
- โค๏ธ Customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
- ๐ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- ๐ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- โ๏ธ Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- ๐ฑ Proactive attitude with a willingness to support across functions
- ๐ก Experience in a startup, SaaS environment, or working with SMB customers is a plus
- โญ Bonus: Experience with onboarding, chat support, or real estate-related customers
