Head of Service

We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric Head of Service to join our team and help repower industrial heat at scale. This role will have a significant impact in ensuring customer satisfaction in the commissioning and operations of the Rondo Heat Batteries supplied to our industrial clients, as well as identifying opportunities for product improvement and potential new market niches.

• →Degree in engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, etc. - this is not a software position)
• →10+ years experience in O&M or asset management in energy or industrial environments
• →Strong leadership and team building skills
• →Ability to thrive with intellectual challenges and in dealing with ambiguity
• →Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• →Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• →Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and able to independently drive projects
• →Enthusiasm for and experience providing excellent customer service
• →Proven experience prioritizing and resolving time-critical operational issues
• →Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as required 
• →Passion for safety and environmental stewardship
• →Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
• →Valid driver’s license
