About the role
We’re looking for technical specialists to work on key challenges for our customers. Our teams support core capabilities, working closely with users to ensure the successful delivery and operation of mission-critical systems. The Communication Systems Team is responsible for delivering secure, resilient, and cost-effective connectivity solutions across the organisation.
The Communication Systems Coordinator will support the operational delivery and day-to-day management of Communication Systems services, both cellular and satcom. The coordinator acts as the point of contact for all connectivity requests and is supported by a dedicated Communication Systems Manager. This will ensure timely, controlled, and compliant service delivery within approved commercial frameworks and security policies.
The Communication Systems Coordinator Coordinator role will help us to:
- Streamline WAN access request handling.
- Improve user experience and service turnaround.
- Ensure consistent compliance and governance.
- Maintain accurate service and spend records.
- Identify trends and inform service optimisation.
- Support the development of WAN Access capabilities.
This role is based on site with our customer in Herefordshire, a minimum of 4
days per week.
