Job Description: Executive – Human Resources (Recruitment) The Executive – Human Resources (Recruitment) is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment process for academic, administrative, support, and minor staff at Royal Institute International School. The role focuses on attracting, selecting, and onboarding qualified individuals who align with the school’s values and standards. Success in this position requires excellent communication, initiative, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic educational setting. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. Collaborate with Principals, Department Heads, and Senior Management to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities. Draft job descriptions and prepare recruitment advertisements for internal and external publication. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interview sessions with relevant panels. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both academic and non-academic positions. Utilize recruitment platforms, databases, and professional networks to attract suitable candidates. Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain up-to-date employee records, recruitment databases, and related documentation. Assist with HR events and staff engagement activities when necessary. Support compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and safeguarding standards. Participate in enhancing HR processes and improving recruitment strategies. Onboarding Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other onboarding documentation for new hires. Support orientation and induction programs for newly recruited staff. Create job descriptions when required. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (experience in the education sector is an advantage). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines. Skills in designing job posters using Canva or similar tools. Competence in MS Office and HR information systems. High professionalism, confidentiality, and strong attention to detail.
