This is a people-focused, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will support students through daily challenges, celebrate their successes, and help create a positive and enriching boarding experience. The role includes supporting students during prep (homework) sessions, encouraging positive study habits, supervising activities both within the house and off-site, and promoting a calm, structured and engaging boarding environment. You will also assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and communication logs, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the boarding house

  • Warm, empathetic and genuinely committed to supporting young people
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to maintain consistent routines
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Calm under pressure with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who contributes positively to a supportive staff culture

If you’re excited to play a meaningful role in the wellbeing of young women and become part of a dedicated, caring boarding community, we’d love to hear from you!
