🚨 Now Hiring: Product Manager (Full Time) 🚨

Location: Remote – U.S. residents only

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Includes health, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k).

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to take the reins on product development, helping us scale and ship impactful tools for our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can see the big picture and manage the details—balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You’ll be responsible for owning and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company goals and campaign priorities.

You’ll serve as the connective tissue between departments—engineering, customer success, leadership, message operations, and marketing—to ensure we’re building the right things, at the right time, the right way.

You’ll break down features into written specs, manage sprint cycles, and keep a close eye on progress to remove blockers and keep things moving. Clear, concise product specs and documentation will be a key part of your day-to-day, along with building feedback loops between users and the dev team to guide improvements. You'll contribute to ongoing improvements in team operations and product processes.

If you’re passionate about fostering a collaborative environment, driven to build great tools, and excited to work with a closeknit, mission-aligned team—this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years previous product management experience in a tech or SaaS environment (experience with messaging/telecom product is a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfort managing engineering teams and coordinating across departments
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and hit deadlines
  • Commitment to critical thinking, clear writing, and positive team culture
  • Integrity, humility, and professionalism
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and high sense of urgency
  • Excited to grow, innovate, and pursue excellence
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
  • Quarterly travel required

🧩 This Role Includes:

🌎 Remote work – must be based in either Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific Time Zone

💼 Opportunity to grow – contribute to departmental improvements and expansion

🤝 A collaborative team that values ownership and impact

📊To succeed in this role, you’ll be expected to meet the following benchmarks:

  • Roadmap Execution: % of roadmap items delivered on time each quarter
  • Agile Completion Rate: % of planned tasks completed per release
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Regular feedback from leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Bug Resolution Time: Average time to address critical product issues
  • User Feedback Loop: Implementation rate of feedback-informed improvements
  • Documentation Quality: Internal team satisfaction with clarity and usefulness of product docs and release notes
  • Tech Debt: Ability to balance feature and bug resolution with that of engineering tech debt initiatives.

💼 Key Competencies

  • Critical Thinking: You can evaluate trade-offs, solve complex problems, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Communication: You write clearly and concisely, and can align diverse stakeholders with ease.
  • Project Management: You’re organized, deadline-driven, and great at managing competing priorities.
  • Collaboration: You work well with engineers, designers, leadership, and customer-facing teams.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Agile: Familiar with various agile tools and methodologies including Scrum, Kanban and Scrumban/Kanplan.
  • UX: Ability to provide constructive input to the User Experience of the product.

If you’re excited about making a real impact, working in a fast-moving environment, and helping customers thrive—we want to hear from you.

Apply now and let’s build something great together.
