Responsibilities

→Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform service to power equipment including mowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, blowers, generates and pumps in timely and efficient manner.
→Clearly explain diagnosis and required repairs to customers including warranty claims.
→Perform routine engine maintenance such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs.
→Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts.
→Adjust components according to specifications.
→Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts.
→Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs.
→Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used.
→Process orders in compliance with all requirements.
→Must be able to perform in a productive and positive manner in high stress and fast paced work environment with minimal supervision.
→Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain proper certifications that may be required.
→Loading and unloading equipment, machine assembly, and installation of equipment.
→Perform on-site evaluations and equipment demos.
→Willing to travel for trade shows and training opportunities.
→Must represent Runnings in a professional and positive manner.
→Operate equipment such as forklifts, delivery truck, etc.
→Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
