About the role

The NetSuite Administrator (Support) is responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for system users across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of issues.


This position is focused on functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the platform. The role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling scalable processes as Safetrust continues to grow globally.


Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Support & Administration

  • Serve as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for NetSuite users across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement. 
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and inventory and fulfillment workflows. 
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with internal controls and security requirements. 
  • Monitor system performance and resolve errors, including integration failures.

Configuration & System Maintenance

  • Configure and maintain NetSuite components including saved searches, workflows, forms, fields, records, dashboards, and reports. 
  • Support system updates, testing, and minor enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience. 
  • Participate in biannual NetSuite release cycles, including testing and regression validation.

Integrations & Data Management

  • Support integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems such as CRM platforms, billing tools, payroll providers, and banking systems. 
  • Assist with data imports and exports using CSV tools and NetSuite utilities. 
  • Monitor integration jobs and resolve failures to ensure data accuracy and continuity.

Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides. 
  • Support audit and compliance requests by providing required system data and documentation. 
  • Assist in training end users and promoting adoption of best practices. Track system issues, enhancements, and resolution timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify system needs and improvement opportunities. 
  • Escalate complex issues to NetSuite partners or internal technical teams as appropriate. 
  • Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and responsiveness.


Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience supporting NetSuite ERP in a functional or administrative capacity. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes is required.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, including saved searches, reporting, workflows, and user role management. 
  • Familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and CSV imports is expected. Basic knowledge of SuiteScript is preferred but not required. 
  • Experience supporting integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP, or middleware tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are required. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment with a strong customer-service mindset.
