We are a busy, driven couple both running demanding careers that keep us constantly on the move. We are the kind of people who pour everything into our work and our relationship, and we are looking for someone to help us make our space feel more organized and peaceful so we can fully exhale when we walk through the door.

We have two cats who we consider a part of our family, we love celebrating the seasons in a big way-especially Halloween and Christmas-and we take our health seriously when it comes to what we eat. We are a gluten-free and dairy-free household and appreciate a fridge and pantry that reflect that. Our current weekly cleaner handles the heavy scrubbing, but what we are missing is the connective tissue--someone who keeps everything running smoothly between visits, anticipates what we need before we know we need it, and quietly makes the home feel like a place where we can relax, reconnect, and recharge.

• Wash, hang dry, fold, iron/steam, and put away all family laundry with care
• Special garment care as needed
• Weekly rotation of bedding and towels
• Keep the laundry area tidy and well stocked

• Create and maintain organizational systems throughout the home
• Daily resets: dishes, surfaces, and vacuuming of high-traffic areas including upholstered furniture
• Prep home for the weekly cleaner
• Seasonal clothing swaps and décor setup
• Packing and unpacking support for travel
• Donation coordination and drop-offs
• Occasional organizational projects, including closet refreshes

• Manage returns, dry cleaning drop-off and pickup, and mail/package handling
• Break down boxes and manage outgoing items
• Collaboratively maintain a running household supply list
• Assist with Facebook Marketplace listings
• Occasional grocery runs and pantry/fridge restocking

• Prep healthy grab-and-go breakfasts 1–2 times per week, following gluten-free and dairy-free dietary needs
• Occasional fridge clean outs and snack/breakfast restocks
• Kitchen clean-up and maintenance

• Clean litter boxes
• Schedule and transport cats to vet and grooming appointments as needed
• Assist with pop-in pet care during family travel (no overnight required)
• Maintain pet supplies

• Calendar awareness and coordination of upcoming household needs and travel
• Anticipate travel needs and assist with logistics and preparation
• Weekly interior clean-out of family vehicles
• Vendor oversight: serve as on-site contact for contractors
