Responsibilities

→
Coordinating and delivering a busy and varied range of events and activities at Schloss Leopoldskron
→
Managing the events calendar and handling all related event administration
→
Preparing offers, contracts, function sheets, and invoices
→
Leading site inspections, tours of the Schloss, and client meetings
→
Acting as a key point of contact for our international guests and supporting clients on event days
→
Coordinating closely with all operational departments to ensure the smooth running of events
→
Supporting the maintenance and further development of quality standards within the department
→
Taking on a coordinating role within the events team, including staff scheduling support and oversight of day-to-day operations
→
Following up with clients and supporting evaluations and feedback processes
