Convenings and ecosystem platforms play an important role in shaping conversations and partnerships across the social impact ecosystem.
For Sattva, events are a strategic channel to:

Sattva is building a structured events and convenings capability within its marketing function. The Consultant – Events will help identify the right platforms, enable leadership participation in key events, and ensure that these engagements translate into meaningful ecosystem relationships and business opportunities.
The Consultant – Events will manage Sattva’s event intelligence and participation strategy. The role will focus on identifying relevant ecosystem events, securing speaking and engagement opportunities for Sattva leaders, coordinating internal preparation for these engagements, and tracking outcomes from event participation. The role will work closely with:

-- Business Unit leaders
-- Partners and senior leadership
-- Business development and sales teams
to ensure that events support Sattva’s brand positioning, ecosystem engagement, and market development priorities.
Responsibilities

Identify and track high-value domestic and international events across philanthropy, CSR, climate, development, and social innovation sectors. Maintain a structured database of relevant convenings and share periodic insights with marketing and business teams on strategic event opportunities.
-- Ecosystem awareness: Understanding of the social impact, CSR, and development sector landscape and key convening platforms.
-- Event strategy: Ability to identify relevant events and secure speaking and participation opportunities.
-- Stakeholder coordination: Ability to work across organisers, marketing teams, leadership, and business units.
-- Data orientation: Ability to track event outcomes, leads, and business opportunities through CRM and internal systems.
-- Project management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple events and coordination requirements simultaneously.
-- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
