Manager, Production

The Production manager is a member of the Production Department in MOBIS South Carolina Electrified Powertrain(MSCe) and is responsible for managing overall day-to-day Production operation and ensuring strict adherence safety and quality standard Maximizing overall equipment effectiveness and leading a high-performing team of supervisors and technician.

• →4-yr College degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience with 5 years in the automotive field. 
• →Automotive parts assembly experience preferred with 0-2 years’ experience in the assembly of modular component and or battery component systems.  Must have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and knowledge of Quality Assurance Techniques with emphasis on Manufacturing Processes Problem
• →Solving and Automotive Quality Requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take decisive action in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• AutoCAD program 2D drafting working knowledge required.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, International Standard for Quality Management and VDA 6.3
• Korean Language in written and oral form is a plus but not mandatory for day-to-day duties.
