About the Role:
As a People Business Partner at Savanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the People/HR agenda within the organization. You will have a broad and holistic view of the company, considering various HR functions and their interdependencies. Your responsibilities will involve partnering with business leaders to provide guidance and support on people-related issues.
One of your key objectives will be to help create a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout Savanta. This means working closely with leaders and employees to foster an environment that encourages productivity, innovation, and collaboration.
You will be a visible People coach to the business, offering guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and initiatives.
Additionally, part of your role will involve mentoring, training and managing other members of the global People/HR teams. By sharing your expertise and contributing to their development, you will help establish a trusted centre of excellence within the organization.
You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You need to have a combination of business acumen, relationship building skills, empathy, strategic thinking, communication skills, analytical skills, change management skills, coaching and mentoring skills, HR expertise, flexibility, results orientation, cultural sensitivity, and ethics and integrity.
By embodying these skills and attributes, you will make a significant impact as a People Business Partner at Savanta, contributing to the organisation's success and supporting the growth and development of its employees.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Significant generalist HR experience with demonstrable depth in UK employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law; familiar with EMEA employment landscapes.
- Experience leading and developing HR team members.
- Confident facilitator, able to run leadership forums and people-focused workshops.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of line management.
- Experience working in a multi-jurisdiction EMEA environment.
- Familiarity with BambooHR, Freshdesk, Deel, or Boundless.
- Experience contributing to career architecture, competency frameworks, or inclusion projects.
- Background in professional services, research, or a data/insights environment.
