Serve as a thought partner to the CEO on commercial strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning
Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities - from initial conversations through negotiation, contracting, and launch
Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align external opportunities with internal capabilities
Represent Savant at industry events and in key partner meetings, helping elevate our brand and expand our network
Help shape our early go-to-market playbook, pricing strategy, and partner success model

6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or healthtech commercialization

Deep familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or health data infrastructure - and strong grasp of how partnerships get done in this space
Track record of closing complex deals or collaborations involving clinical data, product integrations, or co-development
Excellent communicator - able to earn trust with both executives and operators
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple high-stakes relationships, and moving fast with minimal oversight
Strategic thinker with a bias toward action - someone who can see around corners and execute in the near term
