Sayari is looking for a Senior or Principal GTM Recruiter to help us build the recruiting infrastructure behind our most important business priority: finding and closing the sellers who will carry our next stage of growth.
These are targeted, high-stakes searches run with executive search mechanics: 3-5 concurrent searches at a time, roles carrying $2M+ annual quotas. The candidates we are looking for are active in niche practitioner communities, competing against our top sellers, and not on job boards.
You have spent your career building the instincts this requires. You think in markets. You build sourcing strategies from scratch, earn credibility fast with demanding sales leadership, and you close. You have a track record of filling roles that other recruiters could not, because you thought differently about where to look and how to engage.
You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and own the full GTM recruiting motion: pipeline strategy, sourcing program design, hiring manager partnership, and search execution. You will work closely with sales leadership, our top sellers, and the executive team to activate referral networks and bring real competitive intelligence into each search.
You move fast without cutting corners. You know the difference between a polished resume and a real performer. You are comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy, and you are evaluated on results.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles across Commercial Enterprise and Government, including senior individual contributor and specialized sales positions
- →Run 3-5 concurrent searches with executive search rigor: market mapping, targeted outreach, pipeline ownership, and close rates that reflect it
- →Partner directly with sales leadership and senior stakeholders to define search strategy, build interview plans, and consult on hiring decisions with minimal oversight
- →Design and execute non-traditional sourcing strategies: referral networks activated through top sellers, sales leadership, and ELT; practitioner communities; targeted outbound
- →Coordinate and activate executives and sales leaders as part of the sourcing motion -- these searches require business-level involvement, not just recruiter outreach
- →Own pipeline health between searches, not just during open reqs -- build and maintain a warm bench of GTM talent
- →Champion Sayari values and culture as a first point of contact in the candidate experience
- →Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess pipeline quality, search performance, and sourcing effectiveness
- →Provide end-to-end candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and a consistent, high-quality experience at every stage
