As R&D Manager Software you will lead a dynamic development team of talented software engineers, which is executing

software design for cutting-edge solutions for our innovative Defense & Security and Air Traffic Control products.

  You are responsible for devising and implementing R&D Software policy, for the short and long

  term, in line with the company objectives. You can prioritize.

  You keep a close eye on the objective, planning and ensuring timely delivery for the software team contributions to

  NPI projects.

  You analyze new technology trends, from which you detect and initiate new product developments

  and product improvements.

• →

  You question – with your critical eye - the R&D processes and make the necessary optimizations

  (product, development, process...).

• →

  You focus on the development of the R&D team. You lead and inspire the team and act as a sound board or

  coach where necessary.

• →

  You work closely together with hardware and mechanics R&D team.

• →

  You report to the R&D director.
