Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead & Support: Coordinate a crew of supported and non-supported employees delivering property maintenance services.
- →Mentor & Train: Build skills and confidence for team members facing employment barriers.
- →Get Involved: Roll up your sleeves for landscaping, cleaning, painting, test & tag, and more.
- →Safety First: Champion safe work practices and compliance.
- →Drive Results: Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Expertise in landscaping/grounds maintenance plus experience and/or ability to learn one or more of cleaning, painting, property maintenance, or test & tag.
- Hands-on skills and ability to operate commercial equipment (ride-on mowers, pressure washers, bobcats/dingo etc.).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Compliance-ready: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, First Aid, driver’s licence, and eligibility to work in Australia.
