~1 min readThe Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering Scope’s enterprise strategic priority initiatives. Sitting within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) this role leads the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects that span multiple business units and contribute directly to Scope’s transformation agenda.
Reporting to the Enterprise Delivery Manager, this role serves as the strategic anchor for project execution - driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across the full project lifecycle.
The role can be based out of either our Hawthorn (Vic) or Kingsgrove (NSW) Office based on a hybrid (3 day a week on-site) model working arrangement.
As a direct report to the Enterprise Delivery Manager.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Scope’s strategic priorities and transformation goals
- Define and manage project scope, schedule, budgets to ensure all are delivered on time, on budget and benefits realised
- Track and manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation where needed
- Ensure compliance with ePMO frameworks, templates, and reporting protocols across the project lifecycle, acting as a champion for best practice
- Collaborate with sponsors and key stakeholders to develop and maintain benefit realisation plans aligned to the enterprise benefit management framework, including benefit registers and tracking mechanisms, with clear ownership and measurable indicators of success.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders (sponsors, business owners, SMEs and vendors) to support project success
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making through structured governance and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within a structured PMO or ePMO environment
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including executive sponsors, business owners, and delivery teams
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk, and benefit management frameworks, with experience applying them in practice
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI)
