Seamless is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own the engine that drives our growth. This role is for the strategist who has spent years decoding what actually moves the needle on pipeline and is ready to do it at scale—with a team that has your back and leadership that stays out of your way.
You’ll lead a talented group across SEO, Content Marketing, and our Agency partners. These aren’t siloed functions; they are high-performers looking for a leader to connect the dots and point everyone toward the same North Star. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our Revenue team to build integrated campaigns that fuel the funnel from the first touch to the final close.

Experience: 5+ years of high-octane growth or performance marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments.

The Stack: You are an expert across paid channels and have deep hands-on experience with automation (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics (Segment, Amplitude).

The Playbook: You have a proven track record of scaling multi-channel campaigns and a granular understanding of funnel metrics.

Communication: You can translate "marketing-speak" into "revenue-speak" for everyone from an SDR to the CEO.

Bias for Action: You’d rather test, fail, and iterate in a week than spend a month planning for "perfect."
