Full-Time Campus Security Supervisor - Poughkeepsie, NY - $27.46/hr.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Campus Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at an educational facility in Poughkeepsie, NY. This role is ideal for a security professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for mentoring officers while maintaining a secure campus environment.

• →Supervise and support security personnel during assigned shifts.
• →Ensure officers are performing duties in accordance with site policies and procedures.
• →Conduct patrols and inspections of campus buildings and grounds.
• →Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• →Assist with investigations and prepare detailed incident reports.
• →Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed.
• →Serve as the primary point of contact for officers and site management.
• →Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• →Maintain a visible leadership presence and promote a culture of professionalism and accountability.

• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Minimum of 6 months of security experience required.
• Campus security experience preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a security environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient report-writing and incident documentation abilities.
• Must be willing to commute to Poughkeepsie, NY.
