As a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Customer Service in Livonia, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, assist with badge-related activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. Use computer or tablet systems to document activity while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. • →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and reports for security-related incidents and daily activities.
• →Observe workplace conditions and report hazards, damaged property, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to site management or Allied Universal leadership.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
