Security Officer Alarm Response Driving Position

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and alarm response activities. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

• →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
