As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- →Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
- →Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access concerns or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- →Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
- →Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
~1 min read- A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
