As a Security Officer Patrol in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. • →Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards; document observations and complete incident reports in accordance with site procedures.
• →Assist with access control, traffic flow, and customer assistance during routine operations, peak shopping periods, and special events.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
