• →Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site guidelines.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• →Monitor entrances, exits, and authorized access points, assisting with visitor directions, personnel interactions, and other security-related concerns appropriate to the location.
• →Document incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or first responders when needed regarding security-related matters.

• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
