We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑focused Finance Officer to play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of the organisation. Responsibilities

→Supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of finance and payment services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and high service standards
→Providing operational cover for the Finance & Banking Manager and acting as an escalation point for complex finance and payment queries
→Overseeing core finance activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and in line with procedures
→Maintaining accurate financial records, including purchase ledger activity, reconciliations and transaction processing
→Ensuring timely and accurate payments, including invoices, expenses, payroll and other business payments
→Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, audit activity and regulatory submissions as required
→Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners and banking providers
→Supporting, guiding and providing informal supervision to Finance Administration and Payment Services colleagues
→Identifying and escalating financial risks or control issues to support strong governance and compliance
