About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, highly conceptual, and hands-on Senior Designer, Creative to help shape the visual future of our expanding brand portfolio. Operating out of our global headquarters in Needham, MA, this role is built for a visual storyteller who thrives at the intersection of premium brand design, digital commerce, and rapid execution.

As a Senior Designer, you won't just skin layout templates—you will work upstream with copywriters, art directors, and brand marketers, getting direct access to the engineering and R&D labs to build entire visual identities from the ground up. You excel at taking a raw product concept and turning it into a beautiful, cohesive, and high-performing design ecosystem. From defining packaging look-and-feel to engineering scroll-stopping digital, retail, and social assets, you will be a major driver of the visual identity for multi-billion-dollar global brands.
