Responsibilities

As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include:

→Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
→Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter
→Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions
→Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory
→Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence

What We Offer

✓Guaranteed 40 hours/week

✓Rotating shifts between: Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

✓Evenings: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM EST

✓Occasional Saturday shifts

✓$7.50/hour shift differential for hours worked after 5:30 PM EST

✓Hourly Pay Range: $21.37 – $24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location)

Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
National Certification (PTCB or NHA) – contingency start may be considered for the right candidate
1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred)
High school diploma or GED

This is a fully onsite role in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.
