  • Drive Growth: Play a hands-on role in acquiring and onboarding small and medium business (SMB) merchant partners for ShopBack Pay, our new initiative in Hong Kong that helps users earn cashback in the offline/online world.
  • Learn by Doing: Gain real-world sales experience — from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing partnerships.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities to help shape ShopBack Pay’s growth strategy.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Account Management, and Marketing) to execute ShopBack Pay initiatives.
  • Make It Better: Provide insights and feedback to streamline our sales processes and optimize merchant experiences.
  • Be our Merchants' Hero: Support our merchant partners, understand their needs, and help them succeed with ShopBack Pay.
  • Fresh graduates interested to learn and gain hands-on experience in Business Development are welcomed to apply!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can tell a story and make ideas resonate.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; you enjoy connecting dots and people.
  • A self-starter with a “can’t-is-not-an-option” mindset — resilient, curious, and ready to learn fast.
  • A problem-solver who is not discouraged by failure or mistakes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’ll wear multiple hats.
  • Passionate about innovation, fintech, and building something impactful from the ground up.
  • Bonus: You’ve experimented with AI tools (like ChatGPT or Cursor) to enhance productivity and streamline your work!
