An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Planning team as a Junior Planner! At Showpo, our planners are the science behind the art, which means really driving data driven decisions and working cross functionally with our incredible teams and leaders!

The Role:

Set up weekly Trade Pack and present at Trade.

Track performance against OKRs and key metrics.

Report on relevant promos, pricing activities, FP/MD performance. Deputise in main trade for Senior Planner and update weekly trade actions.

Month end summaries vs budget and LAFC. Identifying any actions needed for next month as a result

Pricing - Run daily price checks & upload weekly price changes in line with RRP changes, promotional pricing or price matching

Generate and own promotional program, product selection and reporting back on success

Master markdowns, own communication to the business of MD stock at cost and model actions to show MD spend and profit

Run & Review repeat recommender , selecting styles to repeat and checking sizes to be re-orderedLAFC doc preparation & presentation

Core Line management - review monthly core lines , checking forecasting, fragmentation and ensuring availability is 95%

RPNs - decide if a style should be good/better/best in line with buying limits

WSSI reforecasting

Review and track monthly inventory cost to ensure cover is between 12-16 weeks at full price. OKR = 12 weeks.

Work closely with the data team to ensure understanding and integrity of product and planning data

Support senior planner with option plan creation

Exceptional excel skills - you must be able to perform index match, pivot tables, forecasting models

2+ years Allocator experience or previous Assistant/Junior Planner experience

Ability to deep dive into data and provide actionable insights

Experience meeting targets and working to tight deadlines

Effective communication and negotiation skills - team work and collaboration are pivotal to this role!

Big Query or similar highly advantageous
