The Role Siddha Privacy, Inc. seeks a Product Manager, Integration Architect to drive the seamless integration of traditional financial systems with decentralized finance (DeFi) networks. In this role, you will be responsible for quickly prototyping and launching functional apps using AI tools such as V0, Cursor AI, Replit, and Claude AI. These tools will allow you to create and deploy prototypes, UI, and full apps without writing traditional code, accelerating time-to-market and reducing development costs. Your primary responsibility will be to own the strategy for integrating Siddha s blockchain interoperability solutions with existing financial infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient connections, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate the development process. You will define product roadmaps, lead high-impact integration initiatives, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to address the complex needs of financial institutions. Your expertise will help accelerate integration timelines and position Siddha at the forefront of blockchain adoption within the financial sector. Key Responsibilities • AI-Powered Prototyping: Use AI tools like V0, Cursor AI, Replit, and Claude AI to create UI and deploy functional prototypes or apps within hours, without needing to code. This skill is critical to ensure rapid iteration and innovation. • Integration Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that facilitate the seamless connection of traditional finance systems (e.g., banking, payments, trading platforms) with blockchain networks through Siddha s interoperability solutions. • Accelerate Integration Speed: Streamline and optimize the integration process to reduce time-to-market, ensuring Siddha remains agile and responsive to evolving financial and blockchain landscapes. • Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the integration of legacy financial systems with blockchain solutions. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that integrations are secure, efficient, and scalable. • Identify Integrator Needs: Engage with financial institutions and integrators to deeply understand their requirements, challenges, and goals. Use this insight to drive product innovations that meet the specific needs of the finance industry. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, design, and marketing, to deliver integration solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for financial institutions and integration partners. Provide them with the necessary support, documentation, and resources to successfully implement Siddha s solutions. • Market Responsiveness: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring trends and developments in both the traditional finance and blockchain sectors. Adjust strategies and roadmaps to align with industry shifts and emerging opportunities. • Performance Tracking: Measure the success of integration efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to continually improve the integration process. Required Qualifications • AI Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in using AI tools like V0, Cursor AI, Replit, and Claude AI to rapidly create functional UI prototypes and apps without traditional coding. • Demonstrated ability to own and release products that have made a significant, positive impact, with examples you re proud of. • Experience as a Product Management leader with a focus on financial products, data systems, or financial platforms. • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a startup or fast-moving environment, driving innovation and rapid product development. • 5+ years of experience in a product or technical role, working closely with engineering, ops, and delivery teams to bring technical solutions to market. • Blockchain Project Experience: Experience with high-volume blockchain projects, including handling billions in transaction volume and tens of millions in net revenue, with public work that showcases your expertise. • Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in building and testing blockchain solutions and functional apps to validate ideas using AI-based tools for speed and efficiency.
