Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Air Force Strategic Planner to support an upcoming proposal focused on mission-critical initiatives. This position is expected to operate in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of remote work and on-site support at the Pentagon. An active Secret clearance is required for consideration.
 
In this role, the Senior Strategic Planner will provide long-term planning, communications, decision support and program management support for the development, implementation and sustainment of FM initiatives that support DoD/DAF 5-Year Plans, innovation and capabilities world-wide.
 
  • Minimum 10 years related experience performing tasks as described below, with at least 5 years supporting DoD, to include;
  • 1. Experience shall include a minimum of 2 years' experience providing consistent support of developing high-quality executive briefs, reports, and meeting minutes, and to coordinate actions and due outs from senior leadership forums. 
  • 2. 2.Experience shall include a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting strategic-level planning and coordination efforts, including development and execution of long-range plans (e.g., 5-Year Plans), and facilitation of executive level events within DoD, DAF desired.
  • 3. Experience shall include demonstrated 7 years of experience and execution of planning and facilitating executive/senior leadership events with at least 70 members.
  • Providing strategic-level analysis and develop recommendations to support the construct of FM 5-Year Plans as required. This includes communication, facilitation/recording at various boards/groups, monitoring and reporting on progress towards goals and objectives.  Experience providing reports and updates as required for the above-mentioned output including any recommended changes to potentially be incorporated into the next issuance of the Department of the Air Force FM 5-Year Plan. 
  • Experience supporting and preparing strategic-level initiatives, recommending changes, briefing slides/templates, scheduling, and pre-briefs to support executive level planning meetings (Executive Sessions) conducted at a minimum of four times annually. To include recording minutes and due outs for each session.
