• →Install residential heat pump systems
• →Install ceiling cassette units
• →Install branch boxes and refrigerant piping
• →Complete clean, high-quality installations that meet manufacturer specifications
• →Start up and test systems to ensure they are operating properly
• →Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• →Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• →Complete installation documentation using company software

• 4+ years of residential heat pump installation experience
• Experience installing heat pumps
• Experience installing ceiling cassettes
• Experience installing branch boxes
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Pride in delivering quality workmanship
