Top Candidates will be reliable and possess a “customer first” work ethic along with a passion for providing our customers with the best solutions possible.

Installing, diagnosing, and maintaining HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications.

Designing, fabricating and installing various ducts and duct fittings as required.

Receiving, verifying, and loadingall equipment and materials needed for each job.

Demonstrating and establishing effective working relationships with co-workers, superiors.

Properly completing all paperwork required for each job.

Maintaining cleanliness of assigned company vehicle.

Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Performing all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.

Performing other related duties as assigned or as necessary. Remaining flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

Representing Glasco in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

CT HVAC License (S, D, or B license)

Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity.

Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.

Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.

Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required.

Must be able to work on a ladder.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or GED

Minimum of three years field experience and formal training, as well as EPA certification.
