F&O D365 Consultant

• →Analyze business requirements, write functional specifications, and design new Finance-related functionalities.
• →Resolve functional incidents, answer user questions, and ensure proper follow-up of tickets together with the Project Manager.
• →Gather customer needs and translate them into functional solutions in consultation with the Solution Architect.
• →Guide customers through the implementation, configuration, and testing of approved system changes.
• →Provide on-site or standby support when needed to ensure business continuity.
• →Work with Finance domains within D365 F&O and Dynamics AX, including financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, and cost accounting.
• →Handle subprocesses such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• →Participate in solution design, configuration, and testing of financial processes.
• →Analyze and further develop customers’ business processes to improve efficiency and system usage.
• →Work closely with the development team to define and deliver custom functional solutions.

• 2+ years of experience with D365 F&O and Dynamics AX, ideally across multiple implementations as a consultant or in a similar functional role.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes: general ledger, controlling, budgeting, cost accounting, P2P, and O2C.
• Results-oriented mindset, strong process thinking, and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments, both independently and as part of a team.
• Sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Ideally, several years of experience in the financial sector (consulting or industry).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Fundamentals) and/or document management systems such as Advanced Forms or Bottomline Transform is an advantage.
• Valid Microsoft certifications are a plus.
