As a Physician Account Representative in our mobile mammography division, you will connect physicians, employers, and communities with mammography services that has delivered convenient, high-quality breast cancer screening services across Arizona for more than 30 years.

This is more than a sales role — it is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on women’s health. Your relationship-building efforts directly increase access to preventative screenings that lead to earlier detection and better outcomes, while helping physicians, employers, and healthcare partners improve patient access through a trusted, innovative, community-focused organization.

Using state-of-the-art 3D mammography enhanced with advanced AI technology, our mobile program removes barriers to care and expands access to early detection services throughout Arizona.

You build and maintain trusted partnerships with employers, community organizations, and decision-makers through consistent, professional, field-based engagement.

Strong sales and business development skills
You proactively develop new business through cold calling, outreach, territory planning, and in-person meetings with employers, business leaders, and community partners to drive screening access and program participation.

Clinical curiosity and service communication skills
You quickly learn imaging and mobile mammography services and clearly communicate their value to businesses and communities, supporting education, awareness, and participation in preventative screening programs.

Results-oriented execution
You manage territory activity, track outreach performance, and consistently work toward or exceed goals tied to participation, scheduling volume, and program growth.

Market awareness and adaptability
You monitor community health trends, competitor activity, and regional access gaps to identify opportunities and refine territory strategy.

Work closely with internal operations, scheduling, and clinical teams committed to delivering seamless, high-quality screening experiences for employers and communities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (healthcare or medical sales a plus, but not required)
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a field-based role
• Experience with cold calling, prospecting, and territory management
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Understanding of healthcare environments, medical terminology, or imaging services preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within assigned territory
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven approach
