Existing book of business and active deal flow in real estate lending, private lending, or investor lending.
Experience originating, brokering, sourcing, or structuring real estate loans.
Strong understanding of bridge, RTL, DSCR, fix-and-flip, investor, or hard money loans.
Established relationships with borrowers, brokers, developers, real estate investors, or referral partners.
Self-directed, production-oriented professional with strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

→ Originate bridge, RTL, fix-and-flip, and DSCR loans through existing borrower, broker, developer, and investor relationships.
→ Manage the loan pipeline from initial conversation through closing.
→ Structure deals within SimpleCREDIT’s credit guidelines and lending parameters.
→ Submit clean, complete loan packages with minimal back-and-forth.
→ Expand referral relationships while working with SimpleCREDIT’s processing, underwriting, and operations team.
