Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends.
- →Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.
- →Generate insights to support leadership decision-making and identify trends, gaps, or potential risks.
- →Maintain expatriate payroll-related data and ensure organizational updates are accurately reflected in HR records and systems.
- →Respond to expatriate inquiries with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and customer support.
- →Support expatriate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, global mobility, and localization processes.
- →Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- →Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
- →Support day-to-day operational needs for executive and senior leadership teams.
- →Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, including HR reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation-related processes.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.
