About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and vetting high-quality talent to support the Company’s growth. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to manage the sourcing, screening, and offer phases of the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Execute the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers from initial intake strategy to final selection and onboarding.
- →Strategic Candidate Sourcing: Proactively build high-quality pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and niche networks to engage passive, top-tier talent.
- →Rigorous Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical interviews to ensure candidates align with both role requirements and company culture.
- →Hiring Manager Advisory: Serve as a strategic partner to technical directors, providing market insights, pipeline data, and guidance on defining ideal candidate profiles.
- →Offer Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate a seamless offer process in collaboration with HR, managing candidate expectations to ensure high acceptance rates.
- →Data-Driven Reporting: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain data integrity and generate actionable insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency), with a proven track record in technical and engineering hiring.
- Industry Knowledge: Specialized experience in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Sourcing: Resourceful researcher capable of identifying top-tier talent through unconventional channels beyond LinkedIn and standard job boards..
- Greenhouse experience is a plus.
- System Building: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys designing scalable recruiting processes from the ground up.
- Candidate Experience: Deeply cares about operational excellence and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for every applicant.
- Brand Ambassador: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company’s mission and values professionally to external talent.
- Collaboration: A partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and strategic guidance to close top candidates.
