The Senior Manager of Hybrid Partnerships supports the performance and execution of the hybrid retail channel, partnering closely with the Director of Hybrid Partnerships to drive revenue, optimize productivity, and support partner success.
This role is responsible for day-to-day channel performance management, analytics, and execution of commercial strategies across hybrid partners. The Senior Manager plays a key role in identifying opportunities, driving action plans, and ensuring alignment across planning, allocation, and field teams.
This is a highly cross-functional role with strong exposure to commercial strategy and partner management.
