About the Role
~1 min readWe’re looking for an Operations Technology Associate to support automation and workflows within the contact center and customer experience team.
This is an entry-level, high-impact role focused on improving how customer interactions are handled behind the scenes—through workflow automation, chatbot logic, and transactional email systems.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that customer communication flows smoothly, systems operate correctly, and issues are identified and resolved quickly.
This is not a heavy coding role—it’s ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how systems and automation support customer operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support systems that power customer service interactions (email, chat, workflows)
- Ensure smooth execution of customer communication across the platform
- Act as a bridge between operations and technical systems
- Build and manage automation workflows for customer interactions
- Support development and optimization of chatbots and automated responses
- Help define triggers and logic behind transactional communications
- Manage and organize transactional email templates
- Perform QA testing to ensure emails trigger correctly and function as expected
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, breaks, or inconsistencies
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements
- Support testing and rollout of new automation features
- Ensure accuracy and reliability across systems and processes
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Interest in customer experience, operations, and systems
