We’re hiring a Leasing & Tenant Engagement Specialist to help fill and manage 60 mobile home units over the next few months. This role is a mix of leasing, customer communication, and follow-up. You’ll be the person guiding prospects from first inquiry all the way to signed lease - and beyond. This is not just an admin role. You must be highly conversational, proactive, and persuasive - your job is to make prospects choose our properties over the many other options they’re considering. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Leasing Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, texts, messages) quickly and professionally Speak with prospects and build strong rapport to drive interest in our properties Schedule property showings and confirm attendance Follow up aggressively with prospects before and after showings Guide prospects through the application process and push for completion Review rental applications for completeness before submitting for approval Track each prospect’s status and keep pipeline organized Listing Management Manage and update listings across platforms: Zillow MH Village Trulia HotPads Facebook Marketplace & Groups Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for conversions Coordination Work with property supervisors to ensure showings happen smoothly and on time Collect feedback from supervisors after showings Relay updates between prospects and internal team Tenant Retention & Growth Manage lease renewals and follow-ups Build relationships with tenants Help convert renters into mobile home owners where possible Requirements Strong English communication - must sound natural and conversational on calls Confident on the phone - not robotic, able to build trust quickly Sales mindset - you’re guiding people to choose this property Highly organized with strong follow-up habits Experience with leasing, real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus Comfortable managing multiple conversations and leads at once Familiar with platforms like Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc. (or quick learner) Reliable internet and ability to handle calls during U.S. hours What Success Looks Like High inquiry → showing conversion rate High showing → application conversion rate Fast response times Consistent follow-up (no leads slipping through) Increasing occupancy across all units
