As a Represented Claims Adjuster, you'll manage residential property claims, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions.

Responsibilities

→Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties
→Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions
→Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders
→Review estimates, establish reserves, and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards
→Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
→Support the resolution of complex, disputed, and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses
2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience
Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys
Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements
Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred
