Records Coordinator

Looking for a career that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Records Coordinator to join our growing team.   How you’ll make us better:   Welcomes new patients and obtains orthodontic records. Responsible for maintaining an on time patient workflow. Provides direction in terms of following schedule or seeing the next available patient.   Greets new patients and family members Familiarizes new patients and family with clinic layout Captures X-rays, photographs and scans Relays new patient information to treatment coordinator(s) and doctors Coordinates clinical records requests Manages patient treatment flow and scheduling Maintains strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations Performs after care communication May clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment May cross train to support multiple roles within the clinic   Your special skills: We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
