Summary: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities. This role ensures the workplace remains functional, safe,
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and other common areas on a regular schedule
Ensure all facilities are stocked with necessary supplies (paper products, soap, sanitizer, etc.)
Perform routine janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface disinfection
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines in a manufacturing environment
Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities team
Assist with periodic deep cleaning and sanitation projects
Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
Support waste management and recycling initiatives in alignment with sustainability goals
Respond promptly to spills, hazards, or urgent cleaning needs
Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a clean and organized workplace
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space for others
Understands the importance of sanitation in a food production setting
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Able to follow procedures and safety guidelines consistently
2+ years of experience in facilities, property management, or manufacturing support.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Skils:
Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
OSHA or safety training certifications.
In accordance with Minnesota's Pay Transparency Law (effective January 1, 2025), the hourly wage for this position is $20.67.
