Cafe Supervisor - Soho Home Kings Road

Soho Home is a modern homewares brand designed for relaxed, sociable living. With more than 25 years of design heritage, our ranges are created to mirror the look and feel of our Soho Houses around the world.  Soho Home is an interiors collection from Soho House that includes furniture, lighting, tableware, and accessories created for, and inspired by the Houses.

As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential.

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency
• Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
• Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties
• Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards

• Previous experience as a barista
• Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment
• Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences
